Internet connection data caps are becoming more widespread in the US.Internet service providers may claim their data limits are good for “millions of emails,” but emails are small and HD videos on Netflix are much, much larger.customer service is non existent, when you eventually get through to customer service they either put the phone down or cannot understand English and don't listen at all...also if your paying via direct debit they take double payments on various dates and when you come to the end of your contract they add charges to change provider. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BT TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICES I changed to BT from Sky in the knowledge that BT are the leaders in broadband technology. My internet is so bad that it took me 1 hour to lodge a complaint on the BT website.I questioned why I never suffered from interference while with Sky and had perfect connection.Staff proceeded to try and upsell me further products in order to receive a satisfactory broadband service. In another major departure from the Home Hub 5, BT has simplified the system of colour-coded lights and symbols that are intended to help you discern the state of your broadband signal and help diagnose any problems. In its place the Smart Hub has a single light that shines above and below a plastic band that stretches across the length of the router.
Such a bad internet connection, the devices says I have internet yet I have to turn the box on and off for it to work.
